First than all, I am a real newbie, so please, bear my ignorance. I just started recently to fold things more complicated than a plane.

I'm trying my first figure from the book, the Border Collie, but I'm stuck in step 21. I don't know if I don't understand the instructions or there is something I did wrong before.

Please help, I'm not willing to give up that early.
