Brian Chan Walking Grasshopper CP

Can someone please help me with the CP i am having trouble finding a reference point for this line in the red circle. Please and Thank you

I can't download it i need an administration password :( Is there another option??

use an administrater account on your computer

The reference is right there in the pic. sqrt (2)+5
Square root to the power of 2 + 5

But how to i actual divide the paper by that ratio

This is what I did, took a while to find. This is for cp in JOAS special ed. It worked out to root2+2, 4, etc, not 3,5, etc,
This cp is a pain in many ways, you would think that if it's going to be published it at least ought to have mountain/valley.

is A the center line in the bird base on the top?
