White Collar butterfly

I was wondering if anyone knew of a guide to making this butterfly? It appeared in an episode of 'White Collar' and I've been trying to work out how to make it. It looks simple, but I'm not too good at de-constructing things to see how to make it.

It look's like Kawasaki's butterfly from Origami Dream World-Flowers and Animals. It used to be a youtube video too, but now that's set to private. Oh, and it's made from a 2:1 ratio rectangle I think.

I just checked my copy and that is indeed the one: p.105 of Origami Dream World-Flowers and Animals

There's still video online, but not at YouTube. I'm not sure of the legality, however.
