hi i am looking for any origami caterpillar instructions or CPs i am also fine with a picture so i can try to design one like that.

There's one by (I think) Maarten Van Gelder with diagrams. I'm not sure where they are though.

I'm pretty sure Lang has one in origami insects 2.

No caterpillars in Insects II, but there's a centipede and pill bug. Maybe that's what you were thinking of.
