Make it more, even if you don't want to, then it will get better, as it will be neater from practice and slight adjustment with every refold makes it look better. Post a pic of where you're up to though, it'll be nice to see a design in progress that isn't my own for once.

I'm currently working on a Metagross for a friend of mine. I'll post pics when I'm done.

I'm suprised metagross hasn't been done yet, it is a really good design that looks really easy. Love to see pics, sounds awesome!

The structure was surprisingly easy, and I should be able to make it fully closed, but I'm having a LOT of trouble with the face, believe it or not. I thought I could get it with a few middle points, but I'll need to rethink it.

I understand- it has a great big raised x on its' nose and all over it's head. I couldn't do that!

Here's where it stands at the moment. Still need to work on the shaping though.

I also think I might do an Absol and Virizion. I have some ideas for Virizion, but no base drafted yet.
And Absol just looks cool. :D

Absol in origami? i actually have an idea of how to do that.

it would just have to be an assymetrical base though, something I am not good at designing.

or you could have the weird thing in the middle and reverse fold it out to the side.

I was thinking of a 22.5deg structure with a bird base in one corner. That would take care of the thing on the side of the head, and I would still be able to join the other two flaps for the face.
It would all depend on how the body turns out though.

Funny you shoud say that--I seem to have about as many asymmetrical designs (most aren't on here) as symmetrical. (That reminds me--I need to fold my Alpha MK again, even if the shaping is a pain in the a--.
