I found a pic of the CP. What do you need a cleaner picture for? The references seem to be pretty straightforward:

Trisect the antennae corner; where the upper line hits the line of symmetry is the head.
From there, crease perpendicular to the lower trisection line to get the foreleg.
Then crease at 45 degrees to that line to form half a square on the base of the triangle--the narrow triangle in the center is formed by another trisection.
The rest of the references I'm not sure about, but you can probably just eyeball them.
After the fall, we rise.
