Basset hound by quentin trollip

Post by roodborst »

Hi there I just spend an hour or so looking for the diagrams of the basset hound by quentin trollip. But I keep being redirected to his website: www.liveorigami.com but the website is down I guess. I found out that the website supported other diagrams aswell. Since these are diagrams the author himself spread on the internet I think it is ok to ask the question: Did the move?, or are these diagrams hosted somewhere else?

I would really like to make one for my mother in law, since I'm planning on making his bulldog my for my own mom, I found this pic: http://www.flickr.com/photos/49643647@N06/5258808151/

Thanks in advance!

Quentin did take down his Web site. If he doesn't see this post, I suggest that you contact him via flickr and ask him nicely for the basset hound diagrams. After he contacts you, then, you might also ask him privately for the the bulldog diagrams. He is usually very gracious about sharing his diagrams, unless they have been published in a book. Be sure to take pictures of the models when you finish; he gets a kick out of seeing how people appreciate his creativity.

Thanks for the quick reply hanksimon. I believe I've already added him as a contact so I'll be sure to ask him 'pretty please, with sugar on top' for the diagrams. I'll be sure to post some pics after I'm finished, got some nice paper I want to make them with also.
