If you are looking for PDF documents, most of them are illegal downloads, but usable. any legal stuff will specifically be in the E-Book format, which requires applications other than adobe reader to open, like Ibooks, or for an ebook reader. amazon probably have some. Ibooks don't.

Re: e-(origami)Books
I publish lots of origami ebooks through Apple, Barnes and Noble, and Amazon. In my opinion, the best device for viewing origami ebooks is Apple's iPad, second is Barnes and Nobles Nook, then third is Kindle. The iPad is so superior that Origami House has only published one ebook and it is on the iPad. Check out my signature for a link to the ebooks I have published for Montroll, Kirschenbaum and Szinger.

Re: e-(origami)Books
As folks have already indicated, there are several options for you to consider.
Maybe I can include some additional sites to investigate.
Amazon ebooks- http://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=156797011
Mainly for useage with Kindle
Kindle application for use with a laptop or pc .-
http://www.amazon.com/gp/kindle/pc/download
Oriland - http://www.oriland.com/store/ebooks/main.asp
Flowers primarily, but other topics as well.
John Montroll books - http://www.johnmontroll.com/eBooks.html
Origami USA dvds - http://origamiusa.org/catalog/other-media/books-dvds
BOS dvds- Most convention collections have dvd opportunity.
origami-shop ebooks - http://www.origami-shop.com/en/origami- ... 7_377.html
Origami-shop also has some great free ebooks easily available.
Finally, one could buy paper books, scan the diagram to your laptop. I believe this would be ethical & legal, so long as you are respectful of the copyright , don't abuse or share the diagram. ie: for your use only ...
( Please feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken ...)
Hope that this helps !
