Medical related origami.

Post by misterbluepie »

I was wondering if anyone knew anything medically related origami. Stuff like the DNA molecule that is out there. My friend wants some for his desk. Any ideas would be great!

Tomoko Fuse's double spirals might interest you, also Sébastien Limet's patient in a straItjacket is very nice...

Brian Chan has a nice, easy to fold, cannabis leaf. And Chad Kileen (blue paper on Flickr) has an awesome pig dissection if you like cp's.

Thanks for the links and ideas. That pig one is amazing! Sadly I am not good at CP's. I will be doing a few things. I just did a wheelchair. Next up probably the DNA molecule.

There was an exhibit in the last NY Convention of human organs done in Origami. Very clever.
