Why not show a picture of how much you have collapsed and direct us to the place where you are having issues with. It makes it a lot easier than "Please help!".

Re: Danboard (Cardboard Robot) by Morisue Kei
i have nearly collapsed the base, but i have some questions
1. the body must be 3 units long, but i am getting it four units long, do i need to pleat it to get 3 unit long body?
2.how to form the four flaps at the bottom, i have only made the front one, how to make the rest of the flaps?
3.dies the body need to be locked somehow?
4. how do you make the head 3D?

1. the body is 3 units long - the "4th unit" is the flap at the back of the body
2. as above, the flaps on sides are made from those rectangulars at the bootom side of square on the left and right corner, the front flap is made from 2 flaps from the left and right side fo square ( a little bit above the rectangulars that forms the side flaps
3. yes
4. you open the base of the head at the top, and forms it into box shape
