It's most likely a variation on a common "dragon base", and not just Gilad Aharoni's. I say "dragon base", due to the similarities between this "Terror Dragon", and many others folded in similar manners, such as:

Chances are the author of the model in the first three images used a modified version of the previously mentioned author's dragons. Notice how the heads are made from two inside reverse folds in most of these, as well.
If I had to guess, which would be highly inaccurate, the dragon appears greatly similar to Montroll's and Neale's dragons. If you want to recreate the model in the images, attempt those.
Otherwise, attempt to contact the author in the images.
