Joseph Hwang - Green Sea Turtle Hatchling (CP)

Hi,
I'm stuck on this model by Joseph Hwang: https://www.josephhwangorigami.com/figu ... allery-16/
I've kinda figured out the top part (head and forelegs) with the closed sinks but I'm having difficulties with the bottom...
