My Spring Into Action
I have just completed the first end af the spiraling but cannot figure out how to get #2 to go. Can anyone help me

I've also folded this model before (and probably will not fold it again anywhen soon, it's just too much trouble to fold) and the only hint I can give you for the twist fold is that you have to be rather brutal (but not as brutal as to tear the paper) when doing it, and all the creases for one twist have to fall into place at the same time.

PS: congrats on the first post and how well it went you got the website and everything in on your first try.
It all looked easy on on the video but then so do a lot of the videos I find tricky to reproduce (I always seem to struggle squasing the square in the middle of roses neatly for example).
Could be that once you've made it it's easier to undo and then re-do than the first time.

i'm trying to make one of those too and have the same problem. I know how to twist it but none of the creases ever fall into place to make a spring.
