Modular origami
Hi
I need help with modular origami. I like it very much and I would like to have few diagrams of it. I know the site
http://home.comcast.net/~meenaks/diagrams/diagrams.html
but this is to hard for me, I'm a beginner. Can you, please, give me diagram of an easy one?
Thank you,
Ron.

I tried some of the diagrams on that site, and though some are very difficult a few are quite easy - the Linda Mihara's chaos cube was pretty simple and it's lovely in three colours. The A4 rhombic unit was fairly simple too, and though it's not exactly spectacular I thought it was nice. Also, the second dodecahedron here is fun too: http://everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=983439
I haven't tried the first one.
(As you mught've guessed, I like regular solids!)

If you scroll down the page, you should see a horizontal line, and under it "There is another way to construct a regular dodecahedron...". Then you get some (pretty awful) text diagrams showing how to construct a pentagon from an A4 sheet. Once you have 12 pentagons, each with 2 flaps, 2 pockets and one plain edge, you join them by slipping the flaps into the pockets. Sorry if it's a bit confusing! I first came across the design years ago in a book, but I couldn't find any internet sites with better diagrams.
Thank you both.
For the second responder, I told you that I know this site.
By the way, what does it means xyz?
And do you know any sited with diagrams including 3d origami like this:

?

Here is the unit used in folding that type of 3-d models.

Thank you, but I already know how to fold it, and I have hundreds of it.
What I was asking for, is a diagram for what I will make out of this, like this site:

Thank you.
