Okay,

(1) Add up all the numbers: [2√2-2] + [2] + [2] + [1+√2] = 3√2 + 3

(2) Now divide each of those values by the total (3√2+3)

(3) This will give you a fraction (or a percent of the side of the square.)

(4) Looking at the top, notice that there are four obvious divisions (three obvious dividing lines)

(5) It is (2√2-2)/(3√2 + 3) of the side of the square until the first dividing line. Then 2/(3√2 + 3) until the next, 2/(3√2 + 3) until the one after that, and finally (1+√2)/(3√2 + 3) until the right edge of the square.
