Check out this page on KAMIYA Satoshi's website

Is anyone willing to try and fold the models, maybe even look through the pictures to find what it looks like? This could be a good challenge for some of you complex folders out there

Some of those CP's are from models on his gallery (seto and distortion cube), others are from the gallery behind the CP's Fantasy Creatures (kirin and unicorn 1999), Video Game (Jedah and Lei lei), in Final Fantasy there is a Bahamut but I do not know if it is the same of the CP's, in Romancing Saga there is my favorite of the ones shown there Dantag

Look at the filenames. Some of the time, removing the c from the end (c for crease pattern) will lead you to the photo. There are a few nice things there.

This is all I got from doing that:
Unicorn, Old Phoenix, Guy with big Hands, Old Bahamut, Vampire (nightstalker), and weird shape thingy

So there you have it, more CPs for everyone to fold :D

That unicorn 1999 was one of the first models we did on the CP group. Not a great model but you can learn a lot from it

It looked like a shell, but I wasn't sure.
So, is anyone up try trying out these bases, seeing what they are? Does anyone know what any of the others are?
Brim stine, you mentioned the seto, distortion, Jedah and Lei lei. Do you know which CPs are for them, or were you just using examples?

What I answered on this thread was just a copy and paste from an old post of mine to the CP group. I guess at that time I knew which CP's belonged to which models but I don't anymore

I just folded KAMIYA's old Phoenix. It's quite an interesting model, but isn't the hard to fold.

Here is the picture and CP (not my own):

And I'm pretty sure that the CP right before that one is an even older version of the phoenix. I'll have to try it! :D

if someone is interested i've given my try to some of them (there's a set on my flickr account).

horrible as they maybe, there's not too much shaping involved so you can get the idea and do far better than me.

the shishigami remains a :?: for me, since in the movie it has different forms, so i didn't know what would be better; my thoughts were to show its godly shape.
