Kawasaki. It's from one of his recent books. I think Origami, Roses, and Math.

That's the one. Origami Dream World - Flowers and Animals by Toshikazu Kawasaki. You can also get it from OrigamiUSA Source.

Origami, Roses and Math also has diagrams for his new rose (the one pictured).

I have an English copy of Roses, Origami & Math, and those diagrams appear on p. 123.

So, I guess the answer to your question is Kawasaki's Rose.

Was "Origami Dream World - Flowers and Animals" by Toshikazu Kawasaki translated to English or any other european language? Or it's only available in Japanese?
