i have lost to step 8.. can anybody told how to make it?

Do you mean you are having problems with step 8? I haven't folded it, but it looks like a mountain fold where you swing the bottom (colored) portion behind.

It's exactly as Nathan said. Just a mountain fold.

i've figure out how to do it yesterday. But still confuse how to make the head becpme more perfect (refer to the link step 22-24).

if there and image or video to show it? plz post me the link

Hi,
22 you have to open the head by taking the layers to the sides.
23 is to make a pleat at the the opened layers and, just after that, close again (what you have opened at 22).
24 is just to narrow by mountain folding while giving some curve.
Good paper helps very very much here!

Unfortunately I can't take any (good, detailed) pictures to show you in a better way how to do that.
Good luck with my (maybe confusing :?) verbal instructions
