If anermak or anyone else who has folded this model sees this, is it at all possible for a tutorial on how it was done? I can't wrap my head around this model:

I noticed anermak made the model .. it's around the bottom of the page:

First you need a good amount of experience box-pleating. Then you need a good amount of experience folding from CPs. This one looks rather difficult, if for nothing else, then for the many middle flaps that must be thinned down. That is a harder thing to do. Otherwise it looks like a straight-forward box-pleating, and with some experience you should be able to see pretty much how it collapses.

I not like this model no detal.
Try 1 time more better fold paper, plus fix head properation.

I wouldn't fold it... I guess I have a different image of Medusa. It's well designed, for sure, but I think it'd look better if it were folded from a rectangle, giving it a longer torso and more snakes for legs. It's a very ambitious design.
