That Dragon is folded from Origamido paper.
This one is folded from chiri tissue that was sized with methyl cellulose.

In an email that I saw from Michael LaFosse, Origamido was still in the process of moving, and they were trying to clear out their stock, with no immediate plans to create more until after the move is completed.
There is a telephone number on the Origamido site. I called them a few years ago to "special order" some frog paper for $8 a sheet.
Because it is so nice, and rare, I'm scared to use it, until I've perfected the wetfolded frog with some cheap construction paper...
Anyway, I suggest that you call them and have a credit card ready. When they aren't busy, they (Michael LaFosse and Richard Alexander) are very down to earth and helpful.

Hi Nikita,
You are confusing a few things here.
Tissue paper is "Seidenpapier". I think what you want to make is Tissue foil. Tissue foil is a sandwich made from two layers of tissue paper with a layer of Aluminium foil in the middle (the cheapest one you can get will be best since most of the time it is the thinnest one).
"Krepppapier" is not recommended for folding, it has so many Crinkles that you will have problems to make a single crease and find it again afterwards...
The "Blumenseide" by "Folia" will work great for you purposes.
Here you can find a few tips (and videos) on how to make Tissue foil:

I really recommend the method used by Christian (video posted by me).

No, no, not the foil from Terry's shop just plain Aluminium foil from the supermarket. (Alufolie wie man sie bei jedem Supermarkt wie zum Beispiel Billa oder Spar bekommt, dort wo die Müllsäcke etc. sind).
The glue he uses is something called Wandbelagskleber. Try to find one that sticks to Aluminium too.

lol
thanks alot again!
i guess you just prevented me from making a big mistake
i realized today that i have lots of the aluminium-foils at home;
hmmm Wandbelagskleber is a typical german word - do you know how its called in Austria or better where i can get it in Austria?
ah and do you think its necessary buying the "Blumenseide" in germany or may i take common "Seidenpapier" from which i have plenty at home...?
i hope i dont annoy you but i have to be sure you know...
