Yes it would. As I said before any further requests will be deleted and this is not dependent on the country you live in.

each country can develop the copyright law how they like it;
in china for example is it a proud for the creator if his creation has been amplified!
well i dont know but maybe its the same in the netherlands...

I don´t think so... is not the same a dictatorial comunism than EU countries.
I think that even in The Netherlands is not legal.
