Dividing paper into thirds

can anyone tell me how to divide a paper into 3 part evenly without making a lot of crease on the paper? cause i need it to make the Kamiya phoenix :D

First Haga Theorem:

one mark at 1/2 in the upper edge and just one fold, and you'll have a mark for 2/3 on the right edge.
