Does this Dragon have a Diagram?

For the past month or so, I've seen this dragon many times on different web pages. Since I've seen it, I have wanted to know:

1. Does the dragon have a diagram and/or a crease pattern, and
2. If there is a diagram or crease pattern, is it in a certain origami book, magazine, or is it on an internet diagram?

Any help will be appreciated.

As stated in comments, this is the Eastern Dragon by Seiji Nishikawa.
The diagrams are in Origami Tanteidan Convention No. 6 and in Origami Tanteidan Magazine 60.
