T. Fuse's Cherry Blossom Ball

Post by CK »

I'm in need of advice on deconstructing Tomoko Fuse's "Cherry Blossom Ball" - see pic from Paper Unlimited's site: http://paperunlimited.wordpress.com/200 ... ssom-ball/

The diagram was printed in "Origami Tanteidan Magazine" (#72) which is out-of-print. I've checked Sasuga, YesAsia, other modular websites, and Googled but am out of luck in locating the elusive magazine issue, let alone the diagram.

I know Fuse has several books on modular origami and was wondering, based on the Cherry Blossom Ball diagram, which book you'd recommend would be helpful for me in trying to figure out the folds. (I'm on a budget so would like to target one specific book.)

Thanks for the help and happy folding!

It looks like it may be a variation on a snobe unit, but I could be completely wrong.

Thanks for the help, Aznman, as it gives me a starting point to hopefully unravelling the puzzle.
