John Montroll has also a very cute Raccoon in his book "Origami Inside Out" (didn't found a picture of it)
and a sitting one in "North American Animals in Origami"

Chris, the one in north american animals in origami is standing, just because the tail is VERY heavy means that it tends to tilt backward.

And, just to clarify, it's by Kawahata. The book is by Montroll, heavily featuring Kawahata.

It's not the greatest of models and unlike those by Montroll, Kirschenbaum and Kawahata the tail doesn't have stripes, but the folding sequence has some interesting moments.
