i think i saw the peace on earth thing on a origami site a long time ago
did someone fold it out of one piece of paper?

That video is a joke-the only 'real' models in it are the house, the plane, the helmet, and the crane. The rest are just models or computer-generated.

Yes, I designed all of the models (at least in the 'My Designs' set). I can make a CP for the alligator if you're interested-it has a very simple structure.

Yep, its a joke, but im pretty sure that at least the "crane mandala" is possible. Don't know, we would have to ask the tessellation experts
