Help with Komatsu Horse

Can anyone explain what is supposed to happen in the steps shown here? I keep trying to figure out what is going on with step 79. My model looks exactly like what is shown but pulling up on that mountain fold does not seem to lead anywhere. I can't read the Japanese text except that it says "Push" so I am at a loss right now.

Here are the steps I am referring to:

My Japanese is meager at best, but this is what I got:

" Put back(return) the part squashed in step 45".

Hope that makes sense...

I think I am going to have to fold another one up to step 45 to be sure how it looked back on that fold. 45 was a squash which took a while for me to figure out.

I am pretty sure I have it right now. I was making it harder than it was. I thought it was supposed to fold flat but apparently it just required un-squashing and folding the entire model in half. Thanks!
