how do you do a sea urchan base or a frog base?

Frog Base:

It continues to a frog but it first shows the frog base.

I'm not certain which sea urchin you are referring to. If you have Origami Design Secrets by Robert Lang you could try the CP on pg 60.

I might be ignorant but I do not believe there is a specific "sea urchin base."

Please correct me if I am wrong because that would be interesting to try.
