Yes I do (0.46)
I think the problem is related to the fact that maybe Inkscape is a soft made for linux (like sodipodi) and then adapted for windows. But I don't so sure about that.
The very problem is that when it closes I get a message that inform me that the program will be closed without making the automatic backup copy

Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.

Since ORIPA is a .jar file, the browser "thinks" that it is a java application (such as many interactive menus are arount in the web) and so it opens it instead of downloading it.
This is in my opinion a not so little mistake from ORIPA developer(s), that should have forseen this problem.
Anyway, the "right click technique" it's the correct way to get it
I've had no problems with FireFox

For some reason my computer does not want to open oripa... on windows vista or XP. I did get it to save as a Jar file, had it set to open with java, etc. etc. but the fact is when I click on the file in my computer, clearly indicating that I'm trying to open it, nothing happens!
People have mentioned using command prompt. Do you just put in "oripa034.jar" and it runs? When I do that it says "this is not a document or executable file on this computer"
This jar is hard to open!!

Move to the directory where Oripa is stored (use cd.. and cd commands)
Type: java -jar oripa034.jar
enter

I have downloaded those 2 programs that are necessary to run ORIPA, java3d 1.5.1 and jre6 update 17, and i use google chrome and windows 7, but it won't work.
I've read through this entire topic, tried those commands in the command prompt, and i get this type of errror: "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/vecmath/Tuple2d"
and when i try to run that jar file from the directory, (i have already associated with the adequate java app) nothing happens.
Any experiences in windows 7?
