Someone asked me if there were some easy (fairly easy, not too complicated) model that I could make mega sized and hang from the ceiling. I suggested the eagle that Joseph Wu made(http://www.josephwu.com/Files/PDF/eagle.pdf).
It looks perfect small, but I made one model that was 1 foot long and it looks a bit plain. I tried pleating the wings and that was better, but I'm wondering if there are some small tweaks I could make to make it a little more detailed (large talons! ).
Any ideas?

I make a little crimp on the neck, aligning the head with the line of the body. turning it from a vertical model to an horizontal model... blah blah blah, just as it was flying.
Two years ago I folded some big seagulls to hang from the ceiling of a kindergarden auditory for a play in childrens day, I think that was the only part that i liked from all decoration....
