Double tissue does well for complex models-it is what it sounds like, 2 sheets of tissue paper MCed together. It is very thin and becomes quite strong when the 2 sheets are joined together.

Most of Kamiyas' models are folded from Origamido paper that he made at the Origamido studio. He made a whole batch so there's enough for him to fold almost all of his models from it.

Where can i get origamido paper? If i can't buy or get it, how do i make it?

now that i know what mc is i still need to find large paper
