Are you looking for a tube shape?

firstfold's Battle of Hampton Roads has diagrams on how to make a circle. I think the video diagrams can be found in his flickr.

Be more specific and maybe someone here could help you. A circular base doesn't ring a bell at least for me.

You seem like a nice guy and I am in a really helping mood so I am going to try one more time.
When you said you are looking for something like the rocket I showed you in another link but being it circular, wouldn't the UFO (flying saucer) on the other link I gave you would fit your purposes?

Or are you looking for how to make a circle?

Be prolific in what you ask for and you might find it.

er... like a common conception of a rocket... okay, a base that would allow me to make suposedly a cigarette or rocket... or an apollo command/service module if you know what i mean. sorry but im not really flexible at the moment. My mind feels sorta locked up. :-#

So why don't the rocket and/or the UFO in the diagrams that I pointed you to serve your purposes? Why does it have to be from a circle?

never mind. And dont pay attention to "circular''. people are thinking this means a flat circle. actually, a cylinder would be circular from the top.this is what i meant. Sorry.
