it looks like eight trapezoids somehow put together.

mabey the pieces are waterbomb bases sinked?

Actually after looking at it a little more it looks like 16 pieces?24?

It's eight windmillbases or if you like to call it like that waterbomb bases with a sunken tip squashed down.
