Diagrams for 7.5 cm/3 inch kami?

Post by NickH »

While I love spending days on an ancient dragon or cookoo clock I also like to while away time with simpler folds.

Can anyone suggest some good folds for 7.5 cm kami. For example Kawahata's rabbit (tanteidan convension book 6) is a great example. Not to many steps (i.e. easy to memorise), nothing to fiddley, clean lines, clearly a rabbit, works great with 7.5 cm kami.

Any others?

You should try some miniature Satoshi stuff still. I've folded his Coelophysis, Chocobo, Mammoth, Carnotaurus from that size. I comfortably made a bunch of John Montroll's Origami for the Enthusiast stuff from Hershey's miniatures wrappers.

I'd say Maekawa's rabbit, Nguyen Hung Cuong's Owl and pretty much any modular would come out well in that size.
