Cuong's Eagle: 07 and 08 CP differences.

When comparing 2007 and 2008 CP's i noticed on;ly one difference:

Is this the one difference on CP, or i missed more?

And if i want to fold 2007 mode, can i fold it following diagrams used for 2008 Eagle? And which steps should be done different to get a 2007 result?

The 2007 and 2008 versions are actually the same (the 2008 version is the 2007 version). The earlier version you are thinking of is the 2006 version, which is varied significantly. I don't know what difference you are trying to point out here, but I don't see it.

And 2008 CP contains two creases less

Look more careful

So. i ask once again others: if the CP's are almost identical, how the heads of eagles are shaped in different ways?

They are just shaped differently, the CP stays the same. I guess the two lines more or less are just a mistake in one of the CPs.

You see that flap on the head used to make an eyes for 2008? It can not be seen on 2007 models

I guess this flap is inside the head and he just pulled it out to make a more impressive eye. You don't need to change the CP for things like this.

I know a CP you can make several things of, for example a human, a rose stem or a lizard, just depending on how you shape it. Still its all made from the same CP. Look at the last page of this guide to find it: http://www.origamiaustria.at/diagrams/b ... uide_3.pdf

2006 and 2007 are different. 2007 and 2008 have the same CP. The CP in the Licence to Fold version is just missing a couple lines.

The only difference is in the finishing. In the book version there are steps where you use a couple of the box pleat layers to form the eye.

Yes, i agree. i won't argue that CP's are different. I just noticed that shaping was different.

Thanks. I'll try folding 2007 using 2008 diagrams but changing the head
