Syria folders around?

Hey I am from Syria, and I am just wondering If, like me lives in the middle east. I would be happy to learn about origami shops... :roll:

i doubt it. i'm from Syria, but i live in america. i go there to visit sometimes. i lot of arabs dont like art (or origami) i've noticed.

No, I have lived all my life in the middle east, and we know our art. I know plenty of artistist here. It's the same art you find anywhere. You can't say we dont know our art, that is an unfair generelisation.

isn't origami partial forbidden for those who are Muslim?? I thought I read somewhere that only mathematical Origami was allowed by the Koran because it says that it's a sin trying to recreate the creations made by Allah.
