I've made this a few times but it's been a few months. It's a little tricky, it's a top view of the back of the duck.

Step 10 - fold @ point B and C, creasing @ point A
Step 11 - I think it's a inside reverse fold along the crease you just made in Step 10.
Step 12 - 13 - spead the back and fold along indicated creases

I hope this helps you. It's one of my favourites :)

It's only one foot, but you can also make it sitting too

Shiri Daniel - Duck

I don't read Hebrew either, but I got a duck out of it that looks like the photo so maybe this can help.

Diagram 24, middle pic folds. I think you're introducing a curve to the wing.

Diagram 24, lower right. I'm not sure I got this right, it creates a layer effect on the wing tips like the upper left.

Diagram 24, upper left. You fold flap E up, you end up with sort of a locking effect in the small V, as with some flower petals.

Diagram 25, long fold along the back. Here you pop the curve out to make a roundish body. It help to hold the wing tip folds secure while popping.

Diagram 26, middle is what you have. I'm guessing left and right are either standing or sitting.

Hope this helps.

I've actually tried to google translate some of the hebrew, its not very accurate though. Here is what I interpreted from the translation:

pg25, from top left clockwise: round gently along this line, map out the inner layer and round it, so it stays out, gently, round along this section, each wing covers some of the duck hole, expand bottom and round, cut the source.

pg26,from top left clockwise: to get a duck standing if interested, to get a duck swimming if interested, circles end up - see picure of completed duck, bottom of duck looks like this, spread the food with folds and game until you make the duck leg, balance it on foot only, wings are in the air - see completed picture of duck.

Do the ends of the two wings lock together or they're lelft like that?

I really need to log in more often :)

Page 24 order is a little confusing. You are forming the point of the wing.

- Fold so point B meets point C. it'll look like the top right picture.

- Then fold as indicated spot on the bottom right picture and it'll look like the top left picture

- Then on top right picture, you mountain fold the part marked 'E', it'll look like the bottom left picture

Page 25 is shaping the wings and the head. It's pretty subjective so make sure you shape as you like it

The wings don't lock together. To have the wings together like a real duck depends if you have good paper and experience and your skill in technique. I used to use glue, but now I can fold without that cheat :)

Hello,
I actally get till step 15 and have troubles getting the back of the duck correctly from there on.
I am a Newbee, so maybe someone can clarify in simple English  how to fold it?
Thank you a lot!
