Hojyo Takashi - Aquarius (CP)

Before you all point me to the other two threads on this topic, I already checked them and couldn't find what I was looking for there
On the CP, there are two points where small, shaded circles are overlayed. I'm having trouble collapsing that area, and I couldn't figure out the solution by looking through Mr. Ermakov's pictures. Could someone please help me? Thank you
