Very nice... I like it that you have the innovation to create your own head for the design. Its looking quite good too!

Here are my two latest folds :).
(sorry Jared, but they are tissue foil.. ..I tried to make them smoother, but these might be some of my last t-foil models, so...)

Sorry for the terrible photo quality - the camera that I was using was borrowed, and I had to have them sent to me, and they were sent with minimal data, so...

I finally finished up something that I have been working on for a while - it's very messy, but was my first attempt after the preliminary sketches.

Oh, of course - I haven't been on my PC in a few days, so that's why I'm a little late in the reply
Here is a picture of the whole model; my apologies for the poor quality:

Really good wyvern!
Anyway, good luck with the Ryujin! Is that tracing paper you are using?

Nope, it's tissue foil :). I've looked for tracing paper, but can't find it :(.

Anyway, my continued progress in 3,5:

Thanks, Paulius :). I finally finished! It is not as good as I would have hoped, but I am happy with my first attempt :). I will certainly try again later, out of paper that is much thinner than TF... The legs look very stubby in the photos, but they aren't in real life. I re-positioned it, so that it looks much better, but have not taken picture of the re-shaped model.

Sorry, but you'll have to go to my flickr to view the large size photos - they don't seem to want to upload :(.

My latest design: Shrimp, version 3.1. This design is, I feel, significantly better than the other two that I have designed. First of all, this one has longer antennea. Second of all, it has flippers, as well as legs (rather than just legs). I liked the design method of version 1.0, but was trying to figure out how to get flippers. Eventually, I decided to try the dorsal spine sinks from Kamiya's Ryu-Zin 3.5. This worked out ok, but I am still not satisfied with the number of flippers.

Also in there, is Kamiya's Divine Dragon :)

At last, a Ryu Jin that I can say that I am happy with! I started it on Wednesday, during the "Top chef - Las Vegas" Finale, and finished on Saturday. None of the pictures show the bottom toes, but oh well - they are there anyway. I got so wrapped up in the folding that I forgot to take progress picture :(.Image
