Frogs, i.e. Faces

I remember seeing a model fairly close to this shape for a frog face somewhere ... anyone know where I can find a diagram for this sort of frog face?

The mouth is open in the first two pictures.

I have seen the Frog Prince before, as well as Kermit, but could not find Kermit at all. It was years ago and it seems that Robin Glynn's site is down or something. Thank you very much for this. Keep all the frog stuff coming if you have it everyone it would be much appreciated.
