6 pointed 3d star, one square paper, no cuts

Hi all,

I'm trying to track down the book or instructions to this model:







It is made from a single sheet of paper, lots of precreasing and then pushed into place to form the shape. I lost the book, and these are my last two models. Tried reverse engineering by unfolding and re-folding, but to no success. I think it's a fairly obscure book from the 80s.

Hoping anyone here has seen this or done this and point me in the right direction. Thanks!!

The model is called Jackstone. It's diagrams are in Robert Harbin's "Origami 2" that was also sold under the name "New Adventures in Origami". On Youtube there seems to be a video available on this model:

After it's lecture you should be able to come up with your own single piece Polyhedra. All three are fantastic books to have.
