i know its been to late to ask, but is there any 4th of july origam? i just want to get in the spirit of this holiday during summer.

you can go to youtube and make the origami fireworks mith 12 peices it looks really cool and is in the 4th of july spirit

I know the 4th is over, but next time you can also try folding things from firework wrappers (if you buy fireworks), though you might find that a lot of it tears easily. The subject wouldn't matter so much if the medium is covered in festive images.
