or his wasp?
kirschenbaums chessboard?
anything i'm trying right now seems to be impossible.

Well kamiya's phoenix CP isnt that hard, it was actually my second CP ive ever folded =] only the wings are tricky to figure out. But i know his wasp is very complex and i have heard about the chessboard...

But maybe you might want to do less complex models, if you are having trouble finishing them.

My pureland Football is probably the hardest I've completed in last few years. I have an unfinished Kamiya Dragonfly that was driving me nuts, especially because I didn't want to make any unnecessary creases. There are probably others, but these are from recent memory.

I've mostly folded Kirschenbaum's chessboard, but I'm stuck on step 61. But like unknownfolder said, it is really crumpled up and the only reason I even plan on finishing it is so I don't do the same thing the second time around, which I'll never get around to doing...

All right...I've figured out the wing problem

The hardest model i ever tried to fold is the ancient dragon.
it actually kinda pulled me into complex origami.now after i got a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOt of experience too, I can't fold it.It's the hardest thing i've ever tried to fold.I can't get past step 65-67..........

yeah, I do, but my masks aren't nearly as complex as joel's are.
I've made efforts to reverse engineer one or two of his models and his stuff is waaaaayyyyy more complex than my stuff.

Can't say I've tried Kirschenbaum's chessboard :/ or I think I may have but it was many years ago. I'd give it a shot if I had some larger paper with me right now.
