looking at it now, i believe i must have made an error pleating the wings; the latter feathers don't appear to be of proper length. sigh... so much work. even foil is too thick for this model.

Nope, it looks very much like what is diagrammed to me, and very well folded to boot. As far as too thick is concerned - I've done this in elephant hide - that's too thick, even in one square meter
