Folded from diagrams but my shaping based on pictures of original model.
I decided to do so, because diagram version is simplified.

I've been folding a few of Eric Joisel's Dwarves the last few days, just playing around with the shaping and face details, my latest one is looking pretty good (for me) but i needed a break from it so i did Noboru Miyajima's Bat in the meantime
i'll most likely have a dwarf pic in the next day or two

very nice

I tried folding it... well let's say: I folded it, not only trying

but either there is a mistake in the diagrams or in my brain. I didn't got the appendix to be the right size to shape it.

Thanks for comments about the angel. I didn't do any CP for this model, but I'll make it soon - I only need to learn how to use any of programs recommended for drawing CPs

A Test-fold of an amazing model.
Folded from CP.
Looks crumpled on the wheels... I tried to shape them for the first time and this paper wears out rather quickly...

The underside/belly is worth a look, I think

Yep, Josh is progressing, no doubt ! It's one of your cleanest models - maybe you could "sharpen" that small horn a bit and check the hind legs, but I'm quite impressed by the progress you make.

I also like your Manta Ray - did you start from scratch ?

Thanks Gachepapier! Yea, this chiri unryu is very good to fold with! Check my flickr for some insects i folded with it, if you want.

The stingray was really just a doodle that turned into a nice design
