wow, ok, sorry, i've been out at the weekend
so... people who like my turtle... erm... i'll try to remember how i did it (it was a completely random doodle) and if it works out, i'll diagram it, if i don't have diagrams done in time for the christmas book, i'll post em here somewhere

I folded Jun Maekawa's Devil

It's a really cool and fun model with wings, horns, "ears" though I subbed as pauldrons, tongue, 5 fingers, and a tail. I folded it from 11" tissue foil. The diagram can be found here.It is a little complex but very fun to fold. Mine is a bit messy, but I might try this model again. You might want to try the harder version also found on Hugo Pereira's site.
