I am looking for the origins of the following origami house with a chimney:

I can't find any source of this model. I even asked the creator of the video itself. He doesn't know it either because he saw it years ago in a free tutorial video as well.
Is there any book or website out there where I can find this model? I am looking for a source for a reference list. I like to credit someone for this model in a (non origami) publication.
Any help or recommendation is welcome.
