Hey, I was wondering if someone could show me how to fold the crease pattern above the scales, but below the arm?
It's image 7, page 63 on Kamiya's second book. For those who have the crease pattern, it's 1/6 from the bottom. That series of higher and lower folds that change the "big-Valley" or a "flat U" like fold to just a mountain/valley series.

I really doubt that any kind of Kraft paper I know of is thick enough to hold its weight on this scale. I'd go for something as stiff as Elephant Hide or maybe watercolour paper and glue together several sheets. You might also try to contact a paper manufacturer to try to get larger rolls of that stuff. If you explain them what you need it for and promise to advertise their paper a bit by showing what you folded, they may be willing to give it to you cheaper.
