Phizz torus

Post by Fold »

Just a question for anyone who has made the Phizz Torus; Is it a relatively stable model, i.e. do I NEED glue to keep it together and if I don’t, is it fragile or likely to come apart? Thanks in advance.

The Phizz locking fold is quite tight once you have three pieces together at each vertex. I made the C60 buckyball about a year ago without glue and it's still rock solid.

I made two 555 tori and one 105 torus and I never needed glue. The models are very sturdy and stable
